Medical billing & collection
- All your invoices are submitted electronically, either via Healthcode for UK insurers or via email for overseas insurers & embassies
- We aim to process your billing within 24 hours of receipt and guarantee it within 3 working days
- Self-pay invoices are emailed with a link to make it convenient for patients to pay online or over the phone
- We have robust & effective processes in place to ensure money is collected on time and in full
- If you use a high street bank we will deposit cheques directly into your account
- Monies received by us will be transferred into your bank account on a weekly basis

- We will review your outstanding invoices, identify any issues as to why they might not have been paid and advise you accordingly
- We will raise new invoices and submit them electronically. We will always reference the original invoice number for traceability
- We will pursue outstanding debt until we have exhausted every possibility
Auditing & analysis
- Account analysis will enable you to see how much of your total revenue is generated from each type of Payment Company and CCSD code. Understanding this is vital to making decisions about your fee structure
- By auditing a sample of your billing, we can advise you if your billing is being done accurately; in line with CCSD coding rules; adhering to insurer rules and in a timely fashion
- We can tell if your invoices are being chased efficiently, as well as the average days lapsed between invoicing and receiving payment
Reporting
- Payments received reports will be sent to you every week
- Aged debt and invoices raised are sent to you monthly
- Additional reporting or methods of receiving data can be provided upon request
Medico-Legal invoicing
- We can advise you on agreeing terms & conditions for medico-legal work
- We can raise medico-legal invoices and routinely chase the payment company, be it solicitors, agency or insurer
